240 Grand Californian points for rent by 5/31/18 - $15pp, or any resort within 7 months

I have 240 points at Villas at the Grand Californian that must be used by 5/31/18. Many dates available in April and May! No studios at VGC until April though. These points may also be used at other resorts within 7 months (prior to May). I'm also willing to purchase up to 24 OTU points to complete your reservation. I cannot book anything for more than 264 points unless you have your own points to transfer me.

They cannot be transferred, but I'm willing to accept a transfer if you need to use some of your own complete a night's reservation.

VGC has a 1 bedroom available Mar 30- Apr 2 for 3 nights, 214 points, or 4 nights Mar 29-April 2 for 4 nights, 276 points. They also have a 2 bedroom available for 4 nights Mar 30-Apr 3 for 388.

I can only reserve up to 264 points between my own points and one-time-use points, unless I received a transfer for more.

Sorry, no. Studios are booked through March (except one random night on March 16). There's a 2 bedroom available Jan 23 for 46 points though.
