24 hours in HHI

Hi all,

DW and I always drive to/from WDW (about 9 hours) and while we love the drive down, we're trying something new for our next trip and breaking up the return trip with a night at HHI.

Never stayed at Disney's HHI, but been to the island multiple times. If you've got 24 hours at Disney's HHI, what would you do? I'd love to hear recommendations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as any relaxing evening activities.

Breakfast-either a pastry at HH Social Bakery (just a quick walk over the bridge), Stacks Pancakes. or Palmetto Bay Sunrise Cafe (great breakfast, but not much on pancakes).
Lunch-what about just QS at Tide Me Over? Or if you want to go out, Skull Creek Boathouse, Poseiden, Kenny Bs.
Dinner-we love the Old Oyster Factory for great views.
For us, relaxing evening activities means a little TV and early to bed. However, how'd Jazz Corner?

If I had just 24 hours in HHI, here's what I would do.
I would probably just do breakfast in the room followed by a dip in the hot tub and pool. Then spend the morning walking on the beach (many people like to ride bikes though). Lunch at Giuseppi's for pizza followed by an afternoon nap in a hammock. Dinner at Poseidon's followed by relaxing on the balcony to watch the sunset over the marsh. I guess you can see I like to relax when I'm there. And of course things might be switched around depending on the weather. Whatever you choose, have fun! I check in three months from today and cannot wait!!!
