23 Days to go - Guilty pleasure songs

These songs fall into the category of songs I probably wouldn't admit liking but I do. Guy thing I guess. I hope that they get stuck in my head for hours after hearing them.

1. Small World - I like what one CM said while riding Jungle Cruise. 'If the children don't behave, we'll take them to Small World and nail they're feet to the floor'. (in a very friendly tone) I've heard many complain that the song is torture. I'm looking forward to it.
2. The 'Good Morning' song at rope drop at MK.
3. 'Pirates Life for Me'
4. Zippidy Do Da - I believe this plays on the tv often. Love it on Splash. Also love the song that plays on Splash.
5. Soarin' - Not much guilt here but love this theme.

I have become obsessed with Haunted Mansion music. My ring tone is now HM for my personal phone and Carousel of Progress for my work phone. It is kinda pathetic really, but I am OK with that.

I love the Haunted Mansion music too! I can't help but sing along at "grim grinning ghosts comes out to socialize."

I also love the music played near Spaceship Earth and the "humming" music played in The Oasis and Discovery Island at Animal Kingdom.

A little OT, but we are also going around the same time and are currently getting "in the mood."

Pandora has a Disney channel. The other day it played the song from Splash Mountain. DH wasn't sure it was from Song of the South (since we've never seen it ). I looked and it said the name of the song and the origin was "Splash Mountain." Talk about getting yourself ready. DD is excited about riding this. Mom--not so much.

We also have Dinosaur on request at the library. We are hoping DD is ready for that ride as well.

My ringtone is 'Yo Ho ' I and others chuckle when it goes off.
I used to complain about another viewing of Carousel. It's now another guilty pleasure.

I love Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow from Carousel of Progress. It makes me dance like crazy!
Haunted Mansion music is great, especially from a ride that I was scared to death of when I was little!
I love the music in Peter Pan's Flight.

Heck, i love ALL the music!

Admittedly, my biggest "make me teary" song is the Welcome Song from the Magic Kingdom. But if I'm at home working (yes, I'm a TA)...I love putting on either DTunes or MouseWorld Radio. The background music from the parks and resorts is just awesome. In the car when I'm driving the kids around, my favorite is Soarin'...very soothing on crazy days!!!!

Great idea. These songs have power to improve your mood if you let them. My DW used to force this music on me against my will while riding on long trips in car. Now I listen on my own going to work.
