Hi. We have the 23 points left and available for rental at any DVC location. We have rented numerous times in the past since we purchased Old Key West when it was first built.
Prior to payment the rental confirmation will be sent to the renter together with a rental contract. Payment must be received in our PayPal account within 24 hours of that.

The points are usable at any DVC location, with a departure date no later than 1 September 2026, hence the low rate of $15 per point.

Please provide a list of locations, in order of preference together with arrival and departure dates. Most locations will be full and availability will generally only exist due to cancelations, and then only for a vey short period.

In order to make a reservation Disney require:
The names of all of your party,
Children's ages and gender,
Home address,
Telephone number,
Email address.

There are two options at WDW for arrival 9th and departure 12th August:
Saratoga, 42 or 44 points
Grand Floridian, night of the 9th in one studio, but a move to another for the nights of the 11th. 22 points for the 9th and 44 points for the nights of 10th and 11th. Total 66 points.

Hi,

As I would expect, there is nothing except for Saratroga where there are two options. Standard view at 70 points or a prefered view at 75 points.

We could book that and if anything comes up later at GF or BW I could book it and cancel the Saratoga?

Note that we are in Scotland so there is a five hour time difference with Eastern USA.

Please ignore my previous message, I've just read it again and I don't understand it myself.

There is no availability at AKL, GF or BW for a studio 9th to 14th or 8th to 15th.

There is availability at Tree House Villas, Saratoga. Arriving 9th August and departing on 14th August. It is 44 points per night so 220 points in total. At $15 per point that comes to $3,300.

If you wish to proceed then DVC will need the following details:

Names of all in your party,
Children's ages and gender,
Your home address,
Your phone number,
Your email address.

I'm not sure myself as to DM. We use this and email. I'll take a look myself and let you know.

I will also look into the dinning plan, which I think I may have done for someone a few years back.

With regard to the Dinning Plan. Once you have the reservation conformation you can call (0800) 800-9800 to add it to your reservation. That needs to be done more that 24 hours prior to check-in.

Thank you for you interest in our points. Arrival Sunday 16th, depart Friday 21st August 2026. Please conform.

The only availability for a studio is at Saratoga, but only for 4 people.

For one bedroom: Saratoga; standard 140 points, prefered 160 points.
OKW; standard 130 points.
BLT; no availability.

There is also one bedroom availability at AK KInadi; sevana 170 points
Wilderness Boulder; resort view 170 points

If you would like to book a reservation then let me know soonest as the availability so close to arrive can be taken up quickly. To that end it would be preferable to advise an order of preference.

Disney require the information noted in my initial post for the reservation.
