Have you booked with them before? I was thinking of booking a night through them and it says that it has free cancellation. Is it easy to cancel if you need to? Would I still have access to magic bands and such by booking through this site?

Booked through orbitz then canceled to book with cheap tickets, I had everything connected to MDE with magic bands customized in ten minutes of cancellation and booking. switched from CSR to POR!

I had booked early last week, a better deal came out, I cancelled and rebooked. My account has already been credited with the cancellation. It was super easy. Don't put more than 2 people in a room though, they charge for extra people even children. Once you are booked call the reservation line and tell them you need to add children to your room. It may take a little time, but it will save you quite a bit.

Well, I just booked. I did put 3 adults in the room as Disney has to have all of them on there to have access to the magic bands…and Disney charges for extra adults anyway.

How did you link that reservation to MDE? I went on there and it does not show up. Clicked on a link to "link" a reservation, but when I put my orbitz reservation number in there it doesn't recognize it.

In your confirmation email look right under your hotel name, there it should say hotel confirmation number followed by six letters, or something similar. Use that code. The orbitz record locator will not work.

Thanks! Going to try that now. I was putting in the orbits reservation number (record locator) that you are talking about.

We booked with Cheap tickets and saved a lot of money. My TA at AAA could not believe the rate I got. she tried everything and could not match it. Everything was linked in a matter of minutes. I noticed that the DVC villas don't have an upcharge for kids. Perhaps it's just the hotels. i used the code CHEAPTASTIC.

This was great!! I had one night booked at a Universal hotel and was able to cancel that reservation and book on Cheaptickets and saved $84!! Woohoo!
