We are experienced renters and utilize a contract.
We accept payment through Chase Quick Pay or PayPal. There is an additional 3% fee for using a credit card with PayPal (this is their service charge).

We will do either a three way conference call or book instantly online. Payment is due at time of booking.

*12.75 for reservations made between 12/20/2014 and 1/6/2015 as rates increase over the holidays. SSR currently has 1 bedrooms available 12/22 - 12/31.
