Rack rates for 2026 came out yesterday and one thing missing was the former calendar view. I pulled these views to do my analysis of rack rates some years (when I didn't want to wait on Mousesavers to pull the data).

Here is an example that I fulled for Premium campsites in the months of September and October 2025.

This view is no longer available from Disney as reported so I pulled all the 2026 rate information for all five levels of campsites for the released 2026 months so far (Jan-Oct) and also paired it with Nov-Dec 2025 data for a full 12 month view (as far as has been released right now). This is a quick-and-dirty view to get the data out there. I'll make it more readable and do analysis but while there is PLENTY of availability right now (except the days near Halloween 2026), find some good rates on dates when you can travel and take advantage of booking now. Remember this does NOT include the 12.5% tax.

I'll post 6 months here Nov25-Apr26 and 6 more May26-Oct26 in the next post. Remember rates are Left to Right: Tent, Full, Preferred, Premium, Premium Meadow.

Any chance of similar for the Cabins? Or pointing me in the right direction?

If not, would I be safe in assuming that the lower campsite rate days would correspond to lower Cabin rate days? If so, it looks as if we've booked our trip for a 'lower rate period', which is good.

The DVC "seasons", @StormyCA , align very generally with campsite/room seasons but there are fewer DVC seasons (and changes) than site/room seasons. So IMO using one to judge the other would only be vaguely in the same direction (or maybe not).

However, I did just pull the DVC Cabin rates for Jan-Oct 2026 and will throw those into a table for you this afternoon. Not going to put a lot of effort into DVC cabins going forward in my analysis but this data was pretty easy to get.

Ed

PS - I have to go on my daily walk before the rain comes today so the table will come in the PM.

I don't remember the % increase from 2024-2025, but I just looked at a Premium site on Halloween 2026. It is only 6% higher (5.9). Higher than inflation, but I think lower than previous years increases.

Thanks, Ed. You're a true gentleman and a real help

The 24-25 percent increase was about half that (2.9%). But before that, rates grew faster.

Here's your quick-and-dirty DVC Cabin rates, @StormyCA .

I've looked at points charts before and was surprised that these DVC Cabin rates (without tax) flex much like the campsite rates do. Weekdays versus weekend rates, holidays carry the weekend rate often, and high constant rates during spring break, easter, and other high demand. And the flex is because THEY are like campsites (and hotel rates) because they're being booked for cash and NOT points. Cash DVC inventory is not declared into the time share itself (to be booked by DVC members with points that are sold). The excess available inventory (which there is a LOT of currently) is available for cash rates. But since they're like campsites, rates are low in summer and January, high spring break and Easter, etc.

Here are the rates 3 months at a time.

Remember these are with no tax included in the rate.

Oct 29-31 rates were not available because I bet the cabins are fully booked up for Halloween but like the campsites, the rates jump up a few days before and are constant till 10/31 or the weekend (if that's close) that follows. So it's a reasonable guess to assume that Oct 29-31 rates are the same as the one I found for Oct 28.

Did this during my cool-down and hydration time. :drinking1Now I'm going to press my luck and mow the grass quickly before lunch and the rain that's supposedly coming.

EDIT: updated thread title to include reference to DVC cabins. Ya know, I got nothin' against the cabins. It's like we were one big happy family and then the parents divorced but it was amicable. Cabin folks are still welcome at Halloween, for example. I was impressed with the decorations I saw in some cabin loops last fall (fewer than campsites but more than I expected to see). And some were very good!

Thanks SOOO much @bama_ed !! You're aces!

I did pretty good with my dates based on last year's info.

I notice that the Super Bowl Parade weekend is just when we're departing. Our last night is a higher rate (~160 more) so I'm debating shifting our arrival one day forward. Just can't decide if it's worth the stress. Disney's IT makes me nervous and I 'stress' anytime I have to change things online haha.

I think a deciding factor will be if the crowds really ramp on the Wednesday (our last Park day). We depart on the Friday and the Thursday will be a 'non park day' for us.

This will probably be our only Cabin stay, we just wanted to try driving the car. The kitchen was a big 'sell' since I have Celiac. Plus with the dog it's a lot easier to step outside a cabin for your dog to do his business & dispose of a baggie than it would be to traipse down a hotel hallway & elevator and look for grass.

(Can you tell I feel guilty about staying at a DVC? lol)

Of course, all of this is based on nDH's recovery, but we were so bummed at cancelling our Yellowstone trip that this is giving us something to look forward to AND to show our Faith in his full recovery.
