It looks like the military promo ticket for 2025 are out for Disney World, but not Disneyland. Is this normal? Would be a super bummer for me

Thanks!

Hoping to get accurate info.

Called this morning to book our annual Disneyland trip for 2025. When I called to get resort room rate, the only discount was 10% off. I have had this happen in the past, that the Military Salute Resort Rate wasn't available (limited availability) so I had to call every week and finally got lucky after 3 months.

But today when I ask for any room with the deep military discount, CM said they no longer have those for the three Disneyland Resorts. Only 10% off. I know not to trust blindly, so has anyone been able to book a room for 2025 with more than 10% off using Military Discount? The Disneyland website is of zero help, doesn't show any type of percentage off.

Any help appreciated. Thanks!

I am updating my own self, lol. However, it is useful information so I wanted to pass it along.

Called back because I had the sneaking suspicion my previous CM didn't have a clue. Would you believe it, who do I get? The same guy! He has a very distinct lisp so I could tell right away. Sadly, (not my proudest moment) the call was "mysteriously" disconnected. :rolleyes1

Third times the charm. I got a different CM and specifically asked for the ARMED FORCES SALUTE military rate. She informed me that they are coming, but for some reason it isn't in their system yet. And unfortunately, she didn't have a date on when it will roll out.

So, if you are looking for that good 30-40% off at the deluxe resorts at Disneyland they are supposedly coming.

My niece was able to book for 30% off at Disneyland Hotel for this upcoming Sep/Oct week…we booked it on Nov 14th when the discount page updated to show 2025. Very frustrating that we all get different experiences with the CMs! Ours was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We called a number that was different from the usual one I call…if you didn’t use this number, might be worth a try:

To check rates and availability, and to make reservations, call (800) 453-4911. Guests younger than 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.

I called both, but when I called the 714 number I was disconnected. So I went back to the 800 number.

Hmm, I wonder why they say it isn't out if you were able to book it in November. Maybe a IT update that went awry? Can't be, Disney never has issues with IT. :rotfl:

I will try calling again. It is very frustrating. I have had wonderful CM's and very sub-par CM's, luck of the draw.

** update **

Called again, the 714 number and this time I wasn't disconnected.

A very nice CM read the memo verbatim she received. Military Salute Rate is currently unavailable and will return at a later date, no specific date provided at this time. :confused3

@BGinCali I am very glad you got the rate! That's awesome. Early bird got the worm. ;) Good thing our reservation is for November 2025, I have some time to keep calling. Just a hassle, but definitely worth it to get 40% off.

Gosh I am so sorry this is happening - especially since it’s still on the website! Thanks for your update and glad at least you have some time for this to resolve - though a hassle you shouldn’t have to experience.
