2024 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival Information and Planning Thread

Well, I think I've moved into the acceptance phase that the F&W festival is "just" going to be food and wine going forward with no special events or festival extras. Only took me a few years to get here. I'm disappointed as I really enjoyed those, but it is what it is. I thought the food was quite good this year and certainly will continue to attend. Hope everyone enjoyed their trips this year!

Yes, I agree 100%. I don't think that the special events, seminars, or demonstrations will be returning.

Pack of two stencils - one Spaceship Earth and one a Frozen character - that could be used to create design on cup of hot chocolate or a cupcake or other. Compared to the cute bowls that were the prize for the F&W scavenger hunt, I'm underwhelmed. But I do appreciate that they try different things each festival and it's not the same stuff every time.

This is way off topic but I think I read that there is a Guardians of the Galaxy themed Christmas tree at Disney Springs this year - part of the Christmas tree stroll.

We can hope! I feel like reality has fallen significantly short of concept art in this space for the last two festivals but who knows. They did outfit that kitchen with cameras so hopefully at some point they'll use them?

I'm probably delusional, thinking something extra might be coming to the next Food and Wine Festival.

But, I've been hoping since 2021!

Having seen the Glittering Grove (described by DPB as an “enchanting forest display”) I hope they just stop until they can be bothered to do something right. Gingerbread EP ball was ok, the tree display looked like Home Depot ran out of room and just bunched them all up.
