2024 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival Information and Planning Thread

Yes we have seen Sugar Ray a few times already too, they used to come in late September, but now it's been in October.

Who is the leaked performer?

Trying to plan my trip. First park day is a Friday and last is a Monday. Are the weekends still crazy? Would it be better to start with F&W on Friday?

Weekends are much busier during Food and Wine. It seems to start Friday evening and goes through Sunday. So if you can get early on Friday, you should be okay until dinner time.

Bands would be fun, though I am not there on the weekend so will mostly just be seeing local performers. Which is fine! But that is why band announcements are not a big deal for me.

Now menus. THAT is what I want. I need to budget and plan. Especially budget.

How has Disney released ALL the details on Epcots festival of the Holidays but nothing yet on Food and wine festival? Fingers crossed info gets released soon, I cant wait any longer, I neeeeeeeed info!!!!!!

I do all of this planning - figure out which kiosks are most important, which to skip, which have food only i want, which have drinks only i want, which have both......then I end up walking around and looking at each sandwich board anyway! :sad2:🙄

haha so do I! What gets me through the tough days is looking at menus and planning all the fun things Im going to see and do. They are making it very difficult when there's literally NOTHING new being released about F&W! Come on Disney give us something!

I 100% do the exact same thing.

Luckily we are going a couple of weeks after things start, so I will have time to watch the YouTube videos from opening day. DFB, AllEars, Mammoth Club, Tim Tracker... gonna be a lot of watching and note taking!

I am literally dying waiting! I'm trying to figure out when I want to go in October and not knowing who is coming is really not helping my plans!

I try to be out after lunch if I have to go on a Fri as I have encountered too much crazy by Fri afternoons.

Our days this year will be a Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (my friend will be joining me Monday and Thursday). Monday will be a later start though because we are transferring from Universal after HHN the night before.

I am really really trying to wait patiently for the bands but it is driving me crazy! I was going to wait until I saw who would be there before going but now my cousin and her son is going and he has to go during school vacation so... Anyway let's go Disney and release them!

They have been released

Yellowcard and Tiffany both happening over my trip! Tiffany isn't going to work out but Yellowcard sounds like fun, I think I'm going to switch a few things around to see them on that Monday.

Seeing The Wanted on the lineup is EPIC. I was a fan of them in the early 2010s and kicking myself that I had to reschedule my vacation away from this week! So happy to see them doing things again in wake of Tom's untimely passing... I'm sure he would have wanted them to continue making music and performing together.
