FYI - In case anyone else may be in the same boat. Last December I had purchased the 2020 3 park explorer tickets. They clearly state that "first use must be before 12/31/20". Our trip isn't planned until November, but the way things going right now, I'm getting a bit nervous. So, I sent guest relations an email to see if there was anything I could do if we were unable to make the trip. Their response was that these were "automatically extended until December 17, 2021" Maybe this is old news, but I certainly hadn't heard anything about it. So if your tickets expire in 2020, that expiration date may have been extended.

UO had that info on their website they extended the expiration date sometime back.

Quite a few families changed their bookings to a later date.

Everyone wins!

Trips weren’t canceled but changed dates with valid tickets.
