2018 Merrytime cruise

We're doing a land/sea vacation in 2018. WDW for 4 days for Thanksgiving, then 4 nights on the Dream. This is our 3rd cruise, but the rest of our family group of 10 (in-laws and BIL & fam) will be on their first Disney Cruise. What special activities/events go on during the Merrytime cruise? My girls will be 12 & 14, but their cousins (both boys) will be 4 and 8.
Obviously, everything is decorated, is there still pirate night? Just wondering what to expect and what I can pass on to the newbie cruisers as well. Thanks

You can look at past Navigators here: http://disneycruiselineblog.com/personal-navigators/ for an idea of what sorts of activities were onboard for the Very MerryTime cruises. Basic cruise activities don't vary that much from cruise to cruise, and, Yes, there's still a Pirate night.
