2017 Super Grover Pass now on sale, rest of 2016 free

I just received an email from Sesame Place that their 2017 Super Grover Pass (which is good at 11 parks in all including SP, Sea World, Aquatica, and Busch Gardens) is now on sale and comes with the rest of 2016 free. You may want to hold off if you're planning to go after Thanksgiving since the passes usually go on sale for Black Friday.

We have bought them a couple times and enjoyed the variety. They are so much cheaper than Disney that we feel okay doing other stuff the years we have them whereas the years we get APs to Disney we do that every vacation week that year.
We also appreciate the discount it gets to Discovery Cove.

can these be bought on line and activated in another state ,,

my daughter lives in Maryland and is visiting for xmas , so could I buy
her this and then she activate it when she get here to orlando seaworld ?

also is it cheaper to wait till day after thanksgiving to buy it

Super Grover Season Pass is not valid for purchase for residents of VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, TX or CA.

I'm not sure if it will be cheaper later on or not since they just came out with a 20% off promo at Sesame Place. The Super Grover pass is now $186.40 *or* you can pay 12 equal payments of $15.57. I seem to recall that was the Black Friday price last year.
