2017 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival: August 31, 2017 - November 13, 2017

Has anyone had any experience exchanging a quick service credit for three snack credits at a food kiosk during the Food and Wine Festival? I understand you can exchange a quick service credit for three table service credits if used at the same location, but didn't know if this worked during the festival.
