2016 Disney Dining Plan Table Service Locations

Just starting to plan my Jan 14th trip to Disney and started looking at the dining plan to pick locations and noticed that many of the table service locations that I like are no longer listed.

If you look at TS for Epcot you will see only 3 locations and in 2015 there was 13. All of Downtown Disney is removed from the list.

If this is really the new list of locations that will take the Dining Plan then its no longer worth it for me.

Thoughts? Am I missing something?

It is normal for the non-Disney restaurants to be off the list when it first comes out. They will all most likely be added later.

Third party restaurants have until the end of the year to negotiate with Disney so every year the preliminary list of dining plan eligible restaurants will only include those operated by Disney.
