2016 Dining Plan Question

We have the Disney Dining plan and it says 1 single-serving, non-alcoholic beverage under Quick-Service and Table Service meals.

It does not specify size. I saw on a couple of the menus Regular and Large size drinks. Do you get to choose or do you go with the regular size while using the DDP?



Also do you let the cast member ringing up your order know you are on the DDP?
