2015 package prices???

Any guesses when 2015 package prices will be released? We aren't planning on traveling to summer 2015 but we are a family of 5 traveling with another family of 5 so we are planning on booking early in hopes of getting alligator bayou section of POR unless rumors end up true about CB adding rooms for 5.

Also anyone know if alligator bayou has connecting rooms (is that the right term for rooms with a door between?) or is that adjoining rooms?

Can't speak to the AB part of your question, but I can answer the first part. A CM told me about a week ago that the 2015 rates should be out by mid-July. I have been stalking the WDW site three or four times a day to book for August, 2015.

So expect sometime in the next two weeks.

AB does have connected rooms. We are a family of 5 and we've stayed at POR the past few years. Im also anxious for the 2015 rates to open to book our June trip.

I know rates usually come out in July. I keep checking though, hoping they come out earlier. I guess another 2 weeks at this point shouldn't be hard to wait for considering we probably will not be going until November next year. Lol. But yup. I still want those rates NOW!

My DH called and asked a CM about the 2015 rates and was told the Magical Date is July 23!

We are going in the beginning of February and I am so annoyed that they are not released yet. We are less than 7 months out now. I want to be able to figure out if I am staying onsite or off. Sigh :/

Here's the response I received from Customer Relations yesterday:

We currently do not have "package" rates for 2015, We know it is important for our guests to book as soon as possible to make sure you get the amenities, and dining reservations they are looking for.

When making dining reservations you can make them 180 days in advance with, or without the dining plan. You will just want to make sure that the dining location accepts the dining plan you wish to choose when you are able to make your "Room only" into a "Package".

We do not have the exact date of when you can add tickets, and dining but, please keep checking back for updates.

Packages for 2015 will be bookable on July 30, 2014.
