I have never bought anything at the VS Pink Store and my daughter has asked for a sweatshirt from there. I've been watching the website and the store doesn't appear to have a lot of sales. Does anyone have any insight into their deals? Thanks!

Dang, I see Macy's has some Miss Me skinny jeans for $49.99. I already paid $87 for a pair on eBay, and the Macy's ones would have been returnable if they didn't fit. At least on eBay I was able to get exact measurements and compare to another pair of jeans so they should fit around the waist and hips. I would have jumped on these at Macy's though if I'd seem them first.

In the stores they usually do a semi-annual sale after Christmas. I buy my DD a gift card just for that. Right now on their website they have fleece campus pants and half-zip or full zip hoodies on sale for 35 each regular 45-50. They also have 20% off a single clothing item from VS (not pink) use code 20FASHION. Online is usually where to get the best deals with them. Free shipping with 50 dollars purchase.

I got my niece (she is 18) some adult coloring books she request. What should I get her to color with? She likes art but she definitely is not an artist. I would like to get her something good but it does not have to be super fancy art quality stuff. Any ideas?

Hi Eeyore 81, I got my daughter (17) some coloring books earlier this year, along with the fiskars gel pens set of 48 from Amazon. She loved it! She has colored so much that she asked for MORE gel pens for Christmas. My younger dd (16) has asked for the prismacolor pencils and a coloring book. We haven't tried the pencils yet (she has to open them first), so can't comment as to whether they are worth the extra money or not.

Oh my! Well, DD15 wants tons of things from Pink - like sweatshirts, t shirts, yoga pants, etc. - and the VS cards can be used at Pink, so I'd probably be hoping he gave it to her to use for items like that!

Oh....that is a tough one. I would have to say it depends on the boy....maybe she wanted a VS sweatshirt or sweatpants? Now, the other way around...if my son asked me if it was ok to buy a VS gift card for his girlfriend, I would have said "no" (but then again, he wouldn't ask, because I know nothing!)

My 12 year old would love it! VS sells more than underwear! For my daughter's school friends, we purchased 9 pack of the knee socks (2 pairs in each pack), then separated the pairs, wrapped a nice ribbon around it, added candy canes, and a VS lipgloss. This is what she gave to 18 of her school friends the last day of school before winter break. She is in 7th grade so these are 12 and 13 year old girls.

Back 10-15 years ago VS sold jeans and regular clothes on their website as I use to wear the jeans. They still sell college sweatshirts, pants, etc. They sell backpacks, cellphone cases, waterbottles, pajamas, tshirts, sweatshirts, perfumes, lotion, bath gel, lip gloss, etc.

I would not like that! Honestly, there are better gifts to give that do not imply anything. Innocent or not, people need to at least have their social graces!
