2014 Official BLT Holiday Tree Exchange ** PLEASE SIGN UP BY 10/31

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. The BLT tree was delivered yesterday (signed for by Stuart).
It's been a lot of fun putting the tree together. I am a tad bit nervous because I haven't heard back from our first family so I'm not sure they received the pick up and drop off instructions I emailed a few days ago. (Fingers crossed they received the info okay)

I have also emailed pickup and drop off instructions for all the families on our list, so if you didn't receive the instructions check your spam folder or send me a PM and I will resend.

I am asking each family to note the name of the CM you hand the tree off to (and maybe snap their photo posing with the box) and email it to me. I will pass that info to the next family. The reason for this is to help locate the box in the unlikely event the BLT tree gets misplaced.

Update:
Sadly my fears were realized, our first family didn't receive the pick up/drop off instructions and didn't locate the tree until it was too late to set up.

So, I have sent revised pick up instructions to our 2nd family since the tree is still at the business center.

For all the BLT tree participating families-- if you didn't receive an email from me with instructions (and pictures of the box to help identify) send me a pm.

Yes-the tree has been sitting in the business center since the 26th of November. But, the first family apparently didn't get the pickup instructions. We were finally able to make contact with them while they were at BLT, but by that time they felt it was too late to set up the tree.

Yes--the second family has confirmed they will pick up the tree at the business center. And the business center has been updated with the name of the second family.

Now, I'm just waiting for the 3rd family to check in and we will be all set!

Family#2 just dropped the tree off at bell services with instructions that the next guest on the list will pick the tree up on their arrival.

Me too! My kids are 21 and 16 and even my dh doesn't have a clue.
