Probably! Can I just say how much I am looking forward to the cabana at GF?!?!? We had a sampling of spring yesterday and today... but then by the middle of the week back to the 50's... just can't wait to relax by the GF pool!

Oh, maybe! My other thought was that maybe the number of people may effect it. We have 4 adults, 2 kids. Hmmm....

We had 70's yesterday and today......by Tuesday there's a tad bit of snow in the forecast again....high in the low 30's. I've had enough!

I've heard a rumor of snow for here too... I've also had enough! Especially because my spring break is Tuesday - Friday and that's when the yucky weather rolls in! I'll be stuck in the classroom during the beautiful day tomorrow!

Whatever the price is, I'm sure we'll all be in heaven!

SNOW!!! We're expecting lots of rain....but agreed...done with snow!!

I was quoted $158 too for 1/2 day in July. I don't remember exactly, but I think I remember her telling me the price was raised from last year.

It is definitely still worth every penny...especially in July!!

Off to help my friend find a Frozen nightgown. Her sister got them for her girls and my friend feels horrible her daughter wont have one. Of course, hardest thing in the world to find!!!

That's interesting, because I booked one in Sept and was told the total w/ tax would be $132.06. Not that it will change things now, but that's a $26 difference in the prices we were quoted.... I wonder if it involves seasonal pricing? (We're reserved on Sept 1)

I think in years past the cabanas have been the same price the whole year through...but..seems like there might be seasonal pricing these days.. Kind of like Tiers..lol..Tiered rides...Tiered room rates..summer... fall..weekends...It all equals to this...bye bye $$$...lol...

Glad that you had a GRAND vacation!! Do tell...any new info to share... Our last visit there were some new evening appetizers...and desserts....wondering if they have added to that...as always inquiring mind here....lol...

A number of traditional RPC offerings remain, everything from Chicken Wellington to strawberry soup, but new items are always being introduced. Of course, Mumm Napa remains! Above all, the RPC's first rate CMs are exceptional!

Sadly, many RPC guests don't clean up after themselves. It's so easy to bring plates and glasses back to a designated spot on the side shelf. To simply leave used dishes, glasses, utensils and napkins at a table is a kind of "Oh, I'm at the concierge level and I expect to be waited on" posture. The CM's have enough to do by by setting up, bringing food and beverages out, answering questions, etc. We been at the GFR 26 times and we always make sure our table is cleaner than it was before we sat at it.

New band uniforms for the GF Society orchestra; new painist Victoria is quite amazing (veteran musician Christian is due back in a few months); and building renovations go on without notiice from the rest of the GFR world.

Hi everyone I had a quick question that I know probably has been asked before but with so many pages I couldn't really find an answer. My grandmother will be with us and she can't do to long of distances, we will have a wheelchair for her in the parks but not out. We usually stay at the Contemporary and have stayed in the Garden wing there before and she was fine with that. How far out are the outer building rooms from the main building? Would you say it's pretty similar in distance? Thanks! It has always been her dream to stay there.

That is so sweet that she's getting to stay at the GF.

Big Pine Key or Sago Cay are the closest to the main building. I would call and tell them the reason you need a close building so they can put in a request for you.
