2014 February Discounts will decide my resort

Starting to plan our early February 2014 Disney trip and hoping for some awesome discounts to come out within the next couple months. I'm hoping for 35% room rate so we can stay at Wilderness Lodge. Its our dream resort and been saving for 2 years to do deluxe. If it's free dining we might go back to a moderate for the 3rd time. Right now without any discounts wilderness lodge is 1000.00 more than any moderate. How can I justify that?? I am a super budget savy traveler!! It's how we've been able to do so many good vacations with little ones. Anyone have any inside info on the discounts they might be releasing?? DH, DD's 4 and 8

I think some people may have received a stay/play/dine PIN code for that time as well. Not sure if it's a precursor to what will come for the general public discounts.
