I finally got through after 40 minutes of trying - now 20 minutes on hold - only thing is that it is completely quiet, no music, no time in the queue updates - I am connected right??

I called in at 7 and went to hold with an estimated wait time of more than 30 minutes. I got through to a castmember around 7:50-7:55. I successfully booked the 9/27 Parisian Breakfast for two.

Now to figure out what's going on with the Eat to the Beat dining packages... At least there's no rush there.

Just got finished - took about 40 minutes to get through and 20 minutes to get our bookings done. We were able to get everything we wanted except had to upgrade to the Wine View Lounge for the PFTS on 10/18 as the reserved seating was sold out. Our CM was great - she had a hard time getting us booked for the Italian Regional Lunch on 10/15 but finally found a back door and was able to reserve our seats.

10/16 - Mexican Tequila Lunch
10/17 - Mexican Tequila Lunch
10/18 - Party for the Senses
10/19 - Sunday Mornings with Buddy V

Make sure you have the exact name of the event you want to attend, as well as the time and cost.

That happened to me on Tuesday, and that was the line that a CM picked up first. Don't hang up!

I am REALLY wanting to book this Premium Package now. Grrr. No way am I calling today. I will just have to wait and see what additional info comes out and maybe try to book it later.

These events are showing up on your MDX account under the titles of events that were offered last year. I am not sure I would ask the phone agents for those.

Finally got a knowledgable agent after 45 minutes on hold. She booked the two events I wanted (reserved seating for the PTFS on Oct 25 is sold out) and THEN went thru the list of policies, regulations, rules and dress code. I got the Frunch on Oct .26 and the Parisian breakfast on Nov. 1. NowI can stop worrying about all this until October.

Still on hold ... 51 minutes. Was told 30 minute wait So frustrating!!

CM picked up after 56 min wait on hold. Got everything we wanted. Only needed one more event, as it was sold out on Tuesday. So we are now done....till next year.

It shows up as the same name on my MDE as well. I had that issue last year with the Signature Lunch @ Le Cellier showing up as Portobellos but there were no issues checking into my event!
