We checked in at 9:30am this morning. I was so excited to see the lovely Teena meeting in the lobby! So nice to meet her and have a wonderful visit! We are are in our room at the Beach and looking forward for a wonderful 3 days!

There isn't a DTD bus stop at MK. You'll have to go to a resort to catch it.

I was the only one who knew he bought the ring - but even I didn't know when it would happen. He only told me before the end of summer!

This is extra special - when my son was 3 he was diagnosed with Ewing's sarcoma ( a rare form of childhood bone cancer). He had less than a 50% chance of survival. He had to have half his leg amputated.

Just to have him survive was a miracle - this is just icing on the cake!!!1

Congratulations! It is so nice to hear an example of a life that started out with such a struggle and is now on such a happy path.

Hmmmmm, we'll be at CR during this time. Wonder if it would be better to walk to CR and take a cab? Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure that the DTD bus would go from CR to the Poly and then the GF before heading out to the Marketplace stop at DTD. It stops at WL, too, but I think that would be before it gets to CR. It would be quicker to take a taxi.

The CR bus stop is only a few minutes walk further than the MK bus stop, so either way I'd recommend you head over to CR and catch a bus or cab depending on your mood at the moment.

Thanks guys!! Taxi sounds like a good idea. We'll spend the morning in MK then eat at T-Rex. It's the only place my youngest son requested for the trip. Then we'll shop for the afternoon. I'm all about saving time.

CO has added MORE standardized testing, so my lovely 10th graders and I have two more weeks of anger/tears/frustration/test-eating/etc.

We have 87 days to go, and I need something to help the time go faster until Summer/ my garden view room. What do you all do to prep without packing 3 months in advance?

Hi, does anyone know if the life guards still do the Cupid Shuffle dance when they change over?it's the high light of DD and DS pool day.

Have a question regarding carriage rides... I'm looking for something different to do on 10/31 and thought about Fort Wilderness haunted carriage ride... does anyone know if they still offer it or has anyone been on it?? I know we have some Fort Wilderness fans here!! Any help is appreciated!! I'll be calling Disney in the morning to find out, but thought you might be able to help me out now.

Cannot wait for the morning to reveal our stay at the YC to our kiddos! We are going to have an egg scavenger hunt in the morning - and the prize basket at the end is full of Disney related things - including our family's welcome packet, Disney gift cards, and rice Krispy treats I made that are Mickey shaped with white chocolate ears coated w Easter colored jimmies on a Popsicle stick! They look adorable!

That is so cool! We tried to hold out once but we broke under pressure. . Enjoy.

Just finishing our first major holiday without my Dad or my Mother in Law.
We are learning to live life while remembering them.
