Two different FB posts in my timeline today saying that the Gingerbread House will be complete & open for business November 16/16 (Next Wednesday!)

So exciting! I arrive on the 16th and cannot wait!

I am so sad! I have seen the "House" every year since 2006. Fall prices scared me away so I didn't book this fall. At least Pas is sending me pix to keep me happy.

FYI they do a small version at CR in their lobby. Last year it was Frozen themed. (4th Floor near elevators.)

Yes, it's been sticker shock this year, and for awhile. For early Dec 2017 I booked Pop . Will I survive? Lol!

We could only get them refilled at the pool during pool hours and then at the make shift gasparillas till closing, I think it was around 11pm.

Where is the "make shift Gasparillas" at?

This is what I keep wondering! I haven't found the answer anywhere. Is it Mizner's? Is Mizner's not acting as a lounge now?
We arrive the end of this month. I was planning an easy late dinner of apps and adult beverages with the band in the background on arrival night. I'm looking forward to it and would like to lower my expectations/change plans if need be.

Also, is the GF take out menu the same as the regular one? Where are people eating their meal?

Yes, Mizner's Lounge is the make-shift Gasparillas. When I was there they were encouraging people who wanted a lounge/pre-dinner drink to go Citricos bar.
