Congratulations!!! How exciting!!!:dogdance::cloud9::flower1::flower::cutie::lovestruc

I have been busy with MIL at ER then in hospital and then moving her back home. She is doing well now!!

When I made my fp+ selections at 60 days I was just too tired to get up at midnight and asked dd if she wanted to or just get what we get in the morning.

So I woke up Saturday and reserved our rides from bed with coffee at 7:30 instead:surfweb:

I got SDMT, Soarin, TSM, without any problems, all times I wanted.

So it appears its not so crazy like last year. This is my 8th-10th fp booking ???? This was by far the easiest and greatest availability.

For those asking about SL I will post more pix of the newer lounge and updated offerings.

Only one week to my baby graduating and turning 18:faint:

Where did the time go??

Happy Planning! Enjoy these last days of school for those still in. Only one final left for ds!

Glad to hear your MIL is better! As my mom has gotten older, unfortunately the ER and hospital visits are becoming kind of a way of life. Hopefully things will be smooth sailing from here.

Glad to hear the FP+ reservation process was easier this time.

Can't wait to get back to SL. Although I was sad to let go of staying at the WL, now I am excited to be at the Grand for a nice long stretch.

I know the young people don't understand why we all keep saying how quickly the time went from their arrival to launch into the world, but it just seems like a heartbeat sometimes! It's great that Alyssa loves to travel with you. My mom and I are enjoying traveling and doing things as much as she can with her health and mobility issues. It is good to make the most of time together, wherever you are on life's timeline.

I am ready to freak out. Do you mean to tell me that those are nuts scattered about the plate? DD and I are nut allergic. Let's be realistic and acknowledge that nut allergies are very common nowadays. So instead of just taking a moment to put the nuts right next to the platter in a bowl/ plate, they HEAPED THEM ONTO EVERYTHING? This would be the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen... except for that i already see that the wine is no longer self-serve, so the two issues are tied for first place in my book. They literally charge nearly $1,000 per night full price. They have GOT to be kidding me with these changes.

I agree with Trisha. Disney is very responsive to personalizing service to take care of people with allergies. If you talk with the CMs and chef I am sure they will work it out for you for your stay.

My son's first trip was at 5.5 months- just saying ;-) he learned to formally crawl there to!

Beth, maybe they don't put the nuts on same platter at Poly? I agree, I prefer the self serve wine too. Last August it was self serve at GF.
I'd email Poly IPO if you haven't already to alert them to your nut allergy. It wouldn't be a big deal for them to nit dump the nuts on the platter and have them in a seperate bowl IMO.

Wine service. No problem getting wine throughout the day. CM's have been over the top fabulous. Water typically not in lounge again but available.

New welcome gift, nicer than previous.

Do you know if SL is self serve still? Was searching the boards and couldn't find an answer! Thank you for the pics btw!
