2013 Disney Dining Plan Restaurants

I'm sorry if this has already been asked and/or answered, I haven't had much time to check on here lately. Am I missing something or have a lot of restaurants in Epcot been removed from the dining plan for 2013? I'm seeing Tutto Italia, Via Napoli, Nine Dragons, San Angel Inn, Teppan Edo.... is this right?

There tend to be restaurants that are added to the dining brochure after it is first published - a lot of the ones in Epcot are run by outside companies and they don't get the contracts done right away to officially publish them in the first edition of the brouchure.
Unless someone here on the dis specifically has more info, I would go with the assumption that they will be part of the plan next year.
