2013 Dining Plan Restaurants

I was looking over the Disney brochure for the participating restaurants for the basic dining plan and noticed that almost all of the DTD restaurants are not listed! Does anyone know if this is 100% certain and if so is it in effect January 1st? We are going Dec 29 - Jan 6. If so I will have to change some plans!

Here's a thread explaining why so many DTD and other third party restaurants are not on the list at this time. While nothing is guaranteed, most of the restaurants on the 2012 plan will probably be back next year:
