Does anyone know if there have been any updates to the bedding at the Beach Club Villas?

As far as I know, not since the last rehab ... about 4 years ago.

38 more days! . I'm so excited to get back to my happy place! As you know this is our 1st F&W & I need your opinion, I'm planning all our Epcot meals to be from the festival only as I want to try lots of stuff. So no TS meals at Epcot, so good or bad? Outside of Epcot we have a variety of TS ADRs: Cali Grille, Yak & Yeti, Brown Derby, Raglan Road, & Ohana thus far. I plan on some breakfasts at Captains Grille. Any thoughts?

We do this during F&W, eat around the world. I think it's a great plan!

Just wanted to say thanks again to all that contribute to this board...you helped me so much!! And you are so funny! (I don't post much, but I've read consistently)

See you on Sunday! I'm fighting some kind of bug ... swollen glands and ear ache and jaw is killing me. Hurts to talk. Doctor just put me on antibiotics ... hopefully they will kick in and I'll be able to work Sunday and Monday without difficulty talking. Can you imagine me not able to talk????

We will be at BC 10/13-10/20. Can't wait! It will be myself, DH and our 2 DS (5.5 & 3). Received our Magic Bands on Monday! And that really made myself and DH excited! We are not telling our DS anything!

We are leaving on Sunday and we will have about 10 unopened bottles of Dasani water, a few unopened seltzers and an unopened box of honey nut Cheerios ( ordered too much from Garden Grocer). This is our 14th F&W Festival and that is how we have done it almost every year! Lunch at the kiosks and dinner outside of Epcot. Great planning!

For those of you staying in October who are using Magic Bands. This BOG fastpass + link for lunch finally worked for me yesterday! Was able to get a fast pass reservation for Oct 26th. You have to decide what you are eating from now (and their menu isn't even that appealing imo) but you get to eat in the beast castle so I'll let it slide lol..anyway here is the link good luck!

I think someone recently posted that she overheard cast members saying that they were putting new washers in one of the laundry rooms - I don't think you got pictures of the new & improved laundry room. I think it was Beach Club, not Yacht Club, but I'm not positive.

Also, months ago someone requested pictures of the restrooms in the lobby areas. I don't know if you ever got pictures of those to post.

Yes, pictures from the laundry rooms are always appreciated!!!

I think we are all set on the bathroom pictures from near Ariel's. Poolrat Pat from the Trip Report boards, unofficial photographer of Disney bathrooms and trash receptacles, had one that I sent to the person who requested it.

Hi YC & BC friends! Dee I have a slight change to my October WDW vacation. We are staying the first night at YC and the next 6 at the Swan. I got a pin code in the mail. Darn I should have booked YC/BC at the rack rate (when standard and garden rooms were available!), then I could have tried to apply the discount!?! Anyway all is good and I will be in the Epcot area with at least a short YC stay. I was surprised when the CM told me that I would get the magic bands (have done everything but set FP+). I am terrible with change and don't know how I feel about planning rides, but I guess I will try it!

I'm really enjoying everyone's live reports, planning and trip reports! Can't wait for F&W and MNSSHP and Keys to the Kingdom tour!!

My boss asked me about going to a conference next month in Orlando. Guess what! I am currently booked at the Animal Kingdom Lodge for 10/6 through 10/10. I'm not letting myself get too excited until he approves the conference fee. I can't believe I may be going back so soon!

Dee - we had a slight change we are now arriving 10/30... we added a day. We are now also staying LGV because we could not get a discounted GV so it was cheaper to do the AP lagoon view

I have not heard that the bedding at BCV has been updated yet, but I have read that all of the DVC properties would be receiving new bedding in the coming year. No timetable though.

If you signed up for Magic Bands there should be a Confirmation No. Its in the My Disney Experience section under Magic Bands and Cards. There is a 12 digit confirmation No. there you type that in. It's not your Resort Confirmation No that contains letters. the one for BOG you need is all numbers in the magic bands section I hope that helps.
