Day 25 – DTD – Les Chefs de France – Magic Kingdom - DTD

It was a later than usual start today due to a little lie-in. We eventually made our way to POR, where we made the journey to DTD using the boat service. This was the first time we had done this route and it is nice to see various resort accommodations and amenities along the way.







Once docked, we headed to Goofy’s Candy Store to spend our last few snack credits on sweets to take back home. Since we had not eaten yet we decided to have brunch in Wolfgang Puck Express.



Nigel: Chicken Caesar Salad – Frozen Yoghurt – Sprite.
Sue: Salmon – Crème Brulee – Orange Juice.
Emma: Chicken Tenders – Cheesecake – Diet Coke.









The meals were outstanding and must be one of the best value counter credits on the DDP. We left the restaurant absolutely stuffed! We made our way over to TrenD, Arribas and then onto World of Disney.









After getting lost a few times in the store we made our way to the boat and returned back to POR.

Returning back to OKW, we decided to have some pool time. It was deserted for a good hour until a couple more families arrived. We left the pool at around 4:00 to shower and change ready for tonight’s ADR at Chef de France. Once inside the park, we had a few photopass pictures taken whilst strolling around World Showcase.











We arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes early and were met by a huge queue, however within 5 minutes we were shown to a lovely window table. We decided on the 3 course menu.



Nigel: Lobster Bisque – Beef Short Ribs – Profiteroles – Diet Coke.
Sue: French Onion Soup – Broiled Salmon – Crème Brulee – Diet Coke.
Emma: Salade Maison – Roasted Chicken – Cheesecake – Diet Coke.



















During the course of the evening, we spotted an excellent server that we had had a few years previous. He noticed us and found time to come over for a chat and a photograph.



As our holiday was coming to an end, we left Epcot and headed to the Magic Kingdom to view Wishes from Main Street. After the show we quickly exited the park and headed over to DTD. Parking was horrendous but managed to get a space eventually near to Cirque. We had a slow walk around to Ghirardelli’s to buy chocolates to take back home. The whole area was very busy and heaving with people. On our way back to the car, we stopped off for a chat and to watch Dominic Gaudious who was performing a variety of his music, outside of Fulton’s Crab House.









We eventually got back to OKW at 11:30 and called it a day.

We had never visited here, before this holiday......we'll be back again!...The food is excellent.
