2011 rates

Does anyone know when the 2011 rates will come out? (Regular prices without discounts). I need to budget for summer rates (probably July) and would like to plan as far out as possible $$ wise.

Oops...forgot to add I am looking at Deluxe rates but will take info on any other rates if possible.

based on my information, Disney 2011 rates will be out sometime within the first few days of August this year.
