2011 Disney Marathon Registration

Is it just me or is the registration down for the maraton? It says that registration is now open, but when I click the button it keeps looping me back to the event page?!? I am having the motivation to sign up so I need to take advantage of that!

That is the actual registration page. they're using a new frame on the disney site, when you click a link on the top it doesnt refresh the whole page, simply the lower frame. Looks like Adobe to me.
