I signed up for the email notification, but didn't get one. Just happened to look and noticed the brochure is viewable now.

Great news. I was supposed to get a notification too.
Knowing Disney I should get it for a Christmas gift

So once again, their cancellation policy is conflicting - it clearly states in their new 2011 Brochure "we reserve the right to cancel for any reason, at any time, such as for too few guests, etc...." They also state they may reduce the guides to 1 or add extra guests past the maximum....

Sounds like their policies are getting worse to me...not good

I can't even get it to open. I just get a blank page... :confused3

Thanks for the heads up. I also signed up for the notification and did not receive anything. I am trying to gather as much info as I can for the 2011 med cruise, and yea I don't see it on the brochure lol.

I was also hoping for some Med cruise info and it's not mentioned at all.

:confused3

Hmmm...worked pefectly this morning, but now I'm getting a blank page too.

I went back and tried it again and now I'm getting the 2010 brochure. :confused3

It's working now. I'm getting 2011. Who knows what they've been doing?

The pictures are great, but the white text on the colored background is *extremely* hard for me to read. Who designed this?

Sayhello

ETA: It's interesting how old some of the videos are. In one, Andrew talks about how he does the "Flavors of France" ABD. How long has it been since that one's been gone?

I signed-up for the e-mail about two weeks ago and I haven't heard a thing from them.I just went their to and all i got was a blank page?If what I just read here I think Tauck is looking better and better to me.

I never got an email, either. And the ebrochure is a mess. Missing pages, some pages appearing twice, etc. I'm not real impressed. Mail me a brochure on paper, please!

Sayhello

It was okay, but certainly not glitch-free. I wish it was easier to read the text without zooming/panning.

This is something I just don't understand. Yesterday I got two emails telling me the new ABD brochure is available. One went to my secondary email address and one went to an email address I set up for my son. Both email addresses have been used to register at Disney Destinations, but neither is the one I used to request the brochure. For that I used my main email address which is the one I gave ABD when I booked trips with them in the past. I checked my spam folder - nothing there. They didn't send me the return guest discount email last year either. I don't get it.

I got the same email from Disney Destinations, and I never registered to receive their brochure!

Bobo912, I'd suggest giving ABD a call. But if it makes you feel any better, I haven't gotten ANY emails about the ebrochure.

Disney Destinations? What be that?

Sayhello

Disney Destinations is what you get when you register at website for Disney Parks. I guess I'm not too worried about it, since I get the emails for mass consumption anyway and any other emails directed at past guests I would read about here. The whole thing just makes me feel like ABD is only interested in new guests and ignores past guests. But I may be reading too much into it. But how do you not send somebody a notification that the brochure is ready when they were interested enough to request one?

Bobo912, you hit the nail on the head! :sad1: Disney doesn't seem to care if they get repeat business or not...

You can add me to the list of those who got no email, after signing up. I also can't really read the brochure well online. Are they ever going to mail us a brochure, or is this it? A cost saving measure? If they want to charge these prices and be considered fairly upscale, they need to send out well done brochures to past customers, TA's, etc.

Seriously. I would never book based on the ebrochure. It's too hard to read!

Sayhello,
I wouldn't book either. I must be getting old, because all that fine print in light colors is beyond me!

ABD should look at some of their competitor's brochures. I requested the Wildeness Travel and Kerr & Downey brochures and they are very nicely done. ABD used to have a CD along with their printed brochure, remember that? Another gripe, but not about ABD...I like to receive brochures and mailings occasionally (especially when I've made a request), but once you take a trip with Tauck there is an almost constant stream of brochures for this or that type of trip. For a company that claims to be evironmentally conscious, they certainly do kill a lot of trees. They email the very same information, so I don't see why they use all the paper and pay the postage to send out so many brochures by snail mail.
