Where in MD are you? We were in Takoma Park, Odenton, and Chevy Chase over the years until 3 years ago.

We are in Piney Orchard in Odenton, MD I wished I was home in Texas but work calls!

All of YC garden view CL have balconies.....The 4 favorite I have are the ones facing the Wedding Gazebo...You can look to the left and see the lagoon and boardwalk, it is a terrific view at a garden level price. We even saw a wedding in the gazebo last summer

Are these rooms close to the lounge? I think that is such a pretty view, but being close to the lounge is our #1 priority. I haven't added a room request yet until I have a better idea of how YC is laid out...

scottmel, do you recall whether the BWI slide is open the entire way, or is part of it covered like the big BC slide?

Not scottmel, but we stayed BWI in November. The slide is open the entire way. (We were lucky to get to try SAB as the Luna Side was down the first few days of our trip so we were allowed to legally go to SAB. Just that one afternoon sealed the deal for DS in wanting to stay at YC or BC this June!)

Does anyone know how many king rooms are standard view club level? Do they have full balconies? I am trying to decide what I should request before calling to add our requests to our ressie

When our boys met Teena last July, she told them great things about Disney cruises. Minutes later (as soon as we boarded Magical Express) they officially requested a Disney cruise vacation in 2011! A few months later, we booked a 3-night Disney Dream cruise with a pre-cruise day at Kennedy Space Center. We were looking for a 2 day/1 night place to stay after the cruise, and found it - BC! It reminded me of your decision to return to the BC for a night earlier this month - can't stay away and it's a great way to end a trip.

So I'm not sure we're eligible for the list with a 1-night stay, but we'll be there! Thanks for keeping the list!
