2010 Mickey Marathon Bib Numbers

The numbers are here, the numbers are here! I know the threads are proliferating, but since Donald and Goofy had one, how about Mickey! Post your marathon bib number here and your estimated finish time/pace if you'd like. Maybe you'll find your "corral-buddy"! I'll keep the list updated. I've gone ahead and added some people who have already posted on the other waiver thread.

I agree, it would be too messy to redo 40,000 pdf files. If there are any issues like no number assigned yeat, I would think those may not reside in the database, yet.

Did anyone notice start is now 5:40 am(and not 6:00 am) My guess is that they will be doing a second wave for the 1st time for the marathon!

Better plan to get up earlier!

I am thinking we can throw the old corral map out the window!

I thought both races started at 5:50 in 09. For the newbies that was a first as all other marathons (pre 09) had started at 6 straight up. I guess Jon cannot get permits for later...The hardest permit being the MK permit. We must clear out before 9; park opening.... I'll bet that MK mgmt has pushed for the earlier start to ensure the clearance.

Really wonder if you wave start the full if you can have two starts.

You can't mess with the blue (left) side of the course at all as this side must clear out for the chairs and elites. So that means


1) combining the starts except for the chairs and elites on the red side - then waving the start
2) maybe they are doing the above without a wave start to leave the blue side open for the faster folks. this accounts for the extra 10 minutes.
3) Starting the blue side THEN starting the red side once the blue clears a point. Yikes

Regardless it WILL be a new experience. Hopefully this will clear out the mile 3.3 merge point.

I just do not know why they didn't go ahead and make it 5:30 - The 5:40 time makes my head hurt since it is not on an hour or half hour.

Hey if they keep pushing it back we'll eventually get to the Wine and Dine Finish time or maybe even the start?

Aim was to beat 4:22 (my only other marathon), now is to finish due to injury hey it might be fine on the day It's all seeming very real now

Hey fellow Goof! I'm 10278 for the Marathon. I projected a 5:00 to 5:30 time. I had nothing to base this on when I registered as I had not run further than a half and that was 2:07. I knew I'd be running Mickey slower as I want to stop for so many pictures.

I can't wait!!!!!
