**2010** Epcot Food & Wine Festival ENDED 11/14. 2011 FESTIVAL 9/30-11/13

NO demos at that price, they ain't gettin' it out of me. so what is the difference between the less expensive demo and the more expensive demo?

Definitely don't care about Cirque at the PFTS.

Maybe the presence of Pam Smith or not. I'll go for the less expensive one then!

This is our second F&W Festival. We will be there Oct. 2-9. And I can't wait. Last year we only tried a few of the booths. I want to check out more this year. Can't wait to hear more.

Maybe they will have Pam perform with Cirque at the PFTS, wrap herself in wine wrappers and swing from the ceiing.

It is a big chunk of change, but we'll be doing the Wine View with PFTS.This is the only F&W ticketed event we do since we're only there for a long weekend. We had a great time last year :)

:thumbsup2

We'll do it too if none of the Signature Dinners sound good or we can't get a ressie to the ones we like.

To what extent do Cirque preform at PFTS? I was planning on going La Nouba on a Saturday. This is my friends only request in the planning.
Now looking at the details of PFTS wondering if I should switch nights because preformes are the the party.
Or on the other hand will this make the PFTS give enough of a taste for Cirque that is might sway me to attend a party I wasn't that interested in(not a fan of cocktail style)?

What are you opinion?

That would be the 1st time I'd be excited to see Cirque at PFTS!;):lmao:

She was at the Disneyland Food and Wine Festival this year and said some things she would be doing but not about her "clowning around"!:rotfl2:

Enough of that! I am excited by the new food booths and we will be doing the wine view lounge for PFTS!

Nothing about themes to PFTS this year .... I wonder if the themes discouraged some to show last year?

I'm a little disappointed there's no India booth this year - the Mango Lassi was so refreshing. I guess I'll have to stalk this thread to find out what offerings the other booths will have so I can find a substitute.

Didn't do the wine view room last year, and won't be doing it this year.

so Thailand, India, New Orleans and Flavorhood out!

I'm also disappointed that Bangkok, Thailand won't be back. That was our favorite food kiosk last year.
Also out this year is The Mouse Catch and Vienna, Austria.

4 out - 4 in same number of 27 kiosks

Zin there weren't a lot of Bangkok fans - that was the only kiosk that didn't have a line clear to the next kiosk on Oct. 17.

Mouse Catch (cheese booth) is apparently expanding to include meat but Meat Catch may not have sounded very Disney-like.

Meat Catch sounds like the Soylent Green Booth!:thumbsup2

It seems they are replacing The Mouse Catch with the Charcuterie & Cheese kiosk. Be interested to see what sausage, salami, etc. they will pair along with the cheeses.

Yeah, I remember it wasn't very popular, that's probably why we liked it. :rotfl: And they didn't serve wine, just beer.
Crowd on Oct 17

Meat Catch could have other connotations. Some parents would cover their children's eyes when they passed that kiosk.
