Here's the full info, although I think I may be setting myself up for some stiff competition!

"Starting on September 8 and running through September 19, 2008, or when we reach 20,000 applications, we will be accepting applications for the 2009 Walt Disney World Moms Panel. As a Mickey Moms Club member, applying should be a breeze since your love and knowledge of Walt Disney World Resort plays an active role in your life. Starting September 8th, visit www.disneyworldmoms.com/2009 to submit your application. And – if you know of other moms who want to join the Mickey Moms Club, this is their chance too. Everyone who submits an application for the 2009 Walt Disney World Moms panel will be invited to join the Mickey Moms Club. Good luck, Mickey Moms!?

How very cool Kathie!!!! Did you know they were going to feature your family?

I hadn't heard about the new panel try outs. Are they replacing the whole panel, just adding more people or
replacing some people who are leaving? Seems like alot of training and stuff to a new panel every year.

Guess I will "try out" again though. Thanks for the heads up!

Hey there, Word has it that they are replacing the whole panel - they were recently given 6 month extensions to go through Dec. But after that, its a new panel.

I did know they were going to feature us, I did an additional interview for it a while ago - and its been painful waiting for it to show up! There were some other things mentioned during my interview for the profile, but I'm not sure if they were definite or not. That's all I can say though

I'm pretty sure I will try out again this year, although I was pretty crushed last year after getting down to the top 25 and then not making it

Does anyone remember the specific qualification regarding when your last visit was? I can't remember if you had to have visited in the last 12 months or what it was.

Yes, you had to have visted WDW in the past year in order to qualify last year.
