Would anyone happen to still have the 2009 AKV Budget book? I'm interested in knowing the breakdown of each of the operating budget categories, capitol reserve categories and ad velorem taxes to compare against 2010. I regret not keeping my little booklet from last year.
Also, does anyone know if the actual revenue and expense for a given year are published by DVC? I'd be interested in knowing if the DVC resorts actually meet the budget we pay for. I'm sure any difference gets rolled into DVC's overall operating profit for the company but it would be interesting to know.
