We had a family dinner in the Pope room before and I believe we had about 15 with some extra seats. I want to say the room only seats about 20 so it would probably be too small for our group unless we have a small turnout this time.

We meet every few months. No set time frame is in place. Just check this board for a announcement as to our next lunch..
