Hi All

I have been lurking, but have not had time to post. I love everyones photos.

Danielle I really appreciate to photo of Kevin and Brennan. That was the night I was blind and of course DH never thinks to bring a camera.
You can tell Brennan is your son. In that photo he looks just like you!!!

Well we all are back to our mundane lives and I guess posting is just not as much fun as previously. Although it is raining today so we do not have to run around tonight to get to baseball practice( Even Kevin was hoping it would rain as he is tired with the first full week back to school and after school activities) Maybe we will all chill with a video and popcorn after dinner.

So since I did not get much time to chat on the cruise, I can chat after the cruise and find out all the things I wanted to find out on the cruise.

I'll start with Sandy- How was the second cruise? Was zach and Cody on it?
Kayleigh told me they were supposed to be. Also from what I read I gather you work as a travel agent? Send me a PM and let me know if this is the case and who you work with or are you independent? Maybe I can use you for my next trip. Also , yu went to the Mouse Meet in Harrisburg. Is that something for a family to attend? Is there things for the kids to do? I do not think we will get the Disney next Summer, so I figured maybe we could get our Disney fix that way.

Well I have to get off now. I need to check in with my family who live about 20 miles west of Houston, before the storm hits. They have already evacuated the Nursing home my mom is in . They moved her about an hour north to Giddings TX. My niece is in the Fire Dept so she will be sticking around until after the storm, and then they will send them out after the wind goes below 50 mph. They do not want them blown around during the height of the storm (Smart Idea)

So send some pixie Dust their way.

I really hope your niece stays safe and sound and nothing is damaged for them. My dad's best friend from high school lives in Houston and today was supposed to be his grand opening of a bank he built/owns. I'm wathing MSNBC and they have live rescues they are showing from the Coast Guard in TX. Very scary stuff indeed.

I'm with Kevin about the rain--- I was going to cut the grass and with the rain, I have time now to mess around on the computer instead of spending 2 hours on a mower! I hope to skip the high school football game tonight and do a movie too.

Disney/DCL is the only place we've ever wore remotely matching shirts, but when I saw those at Universal, I thought they were really cute and planned on buying them. We were running late for our Kona dinner reservations the day we went to Universal, so I never got the chance to get them. We'll have to remember to get them in December.

Did you read about the UK travel company XL going bust ? Well we had our New Year trip booked with them. So we have been spending all day trying to sort out new flights. It's been a real pain as the prices were going up all day and a lot of flights sold out. Anyway, we have managed to get some flights, but we're going to have to fly to Miami and drive up to WDW

Anyhoo, I promise to catch up tomorrow

Hi Guys!

Sorry I have been MIA! It has been nuts here and then the sick bug started... Sarah Sunday, Emma Tuesday... By Wednesday Night I was up all night with Em who was coughing so hard she was vomiting.. I almost brought her to the ER at 1 am. I did bring her in yesterday and the doc she saw (my doc) immediately gave her a breathing treatment because she was wheezing soooo bad. She is on mega anitbiotics.. I am glad I didn't wait any longer to bring her. She is acting like she feels better but that cough is really nasty. We have to do nebulizer treatments every 4 hours.. I actually was awake for 40 hours straight so by last night I couldn't keep my eyes open.


I miss you guys! I hope to get on IM this weekend to chat!

Hi everyone!! I have been lurking and reading all week but have just now got a chance to sit down and post. Well we all made it through our first full week of school. The girls all seem to be adjusting well thank goodness. We are in the full swing of other activities as well field hockey, fall lacrosse , girl scouts, piano etc etc. are all going strong so we are busy

I saw on the news about the travel agency in England going belly up and there were hundreds of people stranded in Orlando yesterday. I am glad you were able to get other tickets mandy. What a pain!!!

I have been watching the complete devastation left by hurricane ike and my heart goes out to everyone in that area and for all of you that have friends and family there. I hope everyone is safe

Hi Jen I hope you are all starting to feel better When I look at pictures of you and the girls from the cruise I still can't believe I never even saw you anywhere the whole cruise!!!

Danielle~ did you know that Angelina and Haley were in your picture from sailaway? I think you took it of them but I wasn't sure. I have a picture that one of my girls took of John and you are in it too I will have to find it (among the 1000 pics)again and upload to photobucket. I love looking at your pictures. Hi Everybody!

Sorry I've been missing since we returned. I was having trouble getting on line and then getting on the DIS.

I finally feel like things are getting back to normal, although I would rather be on The Wonder. But wouldn't we all.

Taylor first week of school went pretty well. She was happy to see all of her friends.

I just want to say the everyones' pictures look great! I especially like the ones with the girls. I kept seeing them all over the ship. I wish that I could have spent more time with all of you but Taylor seemed to want to spend a lot of time in the pool. If there is a "Bahama Mama" reunion cruise in 2010 we'll be there!

No, none of our airlines fly into Tampa, but I don't mind, we're all booked now and although we'll have that 3 1/2 hour drive to Orlando, we'll still be getting to Disney, so I'm happy with that

Sorry I haven't been around much the last couple of days. Friday was mad while we sorted out our New Year trip, and then yesterday Paul & I went to Birmingham and stayed the night there. We went out for a lovely meal last night and had a nice time. The girls had their friend over for a sleepover, so they had fun too

What are you up to today ? Well I'm tired (as I never sleep well when I'm away), so I am hoping to fall asleep while watching the Formula 1 racing in an hour or so

2010 reunion??!!! OOOO!!! OOOOO!!! I'm in! Maybe I'll actually get to see Suz! LOL! You too Mandy! We just kept missing each other!

It is POURING here today! We are supposed to get Ike tomorrow but it is an ugly day here today! I am going to take it easy today. I am hoping I get to sleep in my bed tonight. 4 nights on the couch really stinks.... Em still sounds like she is a 10 pack a day smoker but I am hoping the antibiotics will kick in more today. She only has 1 more dose.

Sarah is LOVING school. I have my happy child back and it is sooooo good! She has her treasure trove of FE gifts all spread out right now and keeps telling me how she thinks my friends are the best!

Mandy~ I have to tell you that Em's Minnie goes everywhere with us now!

Betty ~ I am glad to see you back on! It was neat running into you at the MK! We ended up closing it that night! I have never done that.


So I started eating "raw" for 2 meals a day when we got back. I also bought a juicer and am juicing everything! I have to tell you I feel really good! I usually do "raw" for breakfast and lunch and all snacks and then it dinner I eat normally.

Hi all!

It's been a while for me too - I just read along a bit and will try and "catch up" later - if I don't, please forgive me!!

I've had a crazy week - the kids first full week back to school, I was working/running the "school store" on Monday and Friday, then I worked Wednesday and Thursday, went to the eye doc on Tuesday.. . we went to a party for one of Dominic's friends (we are all friendly w/the whole family) on Friday night, Dominic's bday was yesterday, so we had his party - and w/my crazy week, that was a project getting together... UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Now, today I am ready to collapse!

I think I am going to try and get the rest of my halloween stuff out... it's my fav time of year to decorate! I got a GREAT Mickey the other day - he's a stuffed thing, probably about 2 feet tall and he is holding a jack-o-lantern - SOOOOOOOOOO cute, I'll have to take a pic and send it!

I am looking forward till Wednesday - that is my first real day off from work and school things.. I am going to sit here on the computer and play pogo games and watch little house in my pjs! LOL Just too much going on the past few weeks, I've had NO 'me' time!! This week I am working Monday and Tuesday, then I am done IN the office - but, I KNOW there will be stuff to take home!! UGHHHHHHHHHHHH Tomorrow after work I am meeting up w/Carm's cousins for a 'girls night' - woo hoo! I could use it, but Tuesday would've been better for me - but oh well - either way, I can surely use it!

Anyway - I hope you are all having a great weekend! I have to go and clean up whats left of the party mess and get some actual work done before I go in tomorrow.. so, maybe I won't get my halloween stuff out today - but, we'll see!

Yes my plans are all sorted now. It's going to be a nuisance having to drive to Orlando from Miami and back again, but we're still going and that's all that matters
