I spent Saturday at a golf outing for Cancer. We raised over $20,000!

Today I finished my fish extender except for the top part. I think the presents are finished.

Well last night at work was odd LTL was my best friend chatting away about her life and work stuff..It was spooky...lol.She was only nice to me and cristina..we were a little scared if she was going to snap or something..lol.

Today i got up at 5 and bleached the basement..ugh..what fun..but it really needed a good cleaning..now my next chore is to get packing..as soon as i drop off nicole at summer school i am stealing her clothes...

Things are slowly returning to normal around here. My goal for the day is to get the Toronto Tornado cleaned up and start getting organized for the cruise!!! I can't believe it is almost here!

Danielle, It is nice of you to help out that family, I'm sure that they appreciate any and all help at a time like this. It makes to stop and hug your kids just a little tighter and not fuss over the spilled milk as you are glad your child is healthy enough to drink milk ...and spill it in the process.

Isn't that the truth. I feel so fortunate to have my boy's healthy, especially after what we've gone through with Keegan this year. Kevin's had a couple more bad days and I'm really petrified for them. He's now on a machine to vibrate his chest to keep fluid from settling since he's so weak he can't walk and can barely sit up. I think we may do a "night at the races" event in a big pavillion where they have a sort of legal casino night. We helped out at one for Brennan's wrestling team and raised a ton of money for the team with hundreds of people coming. I think people will be that much more to come and donate with it being such a sick child and his family that will receive the proceeds.

How's Em doing this week? You all must be exhausted! This week I'm hoping to get some clothes packed for us or at least pull them out of our closet and put them in the guest room so we know what we'll pack. We are so last minute packers!

Just a quick post to say hello to everyone. I'm so sorry I haven't been around. Work is insane plus I'm trying to get ready to leave for vacation. There are never enough hours in the day. Here is a pic of my FE. Still working on the dowels so they are not quite done. They are both 2-sided. They kind of look like a little kid made them, but then I am a kid at heart. Hope everyone is enjoying their cruise countdown

Your FE turned out great too! Good luck with work. I'm trying to delay working on 2 big spreadsheets due today.

I've been busy too, I went to the supermarket, visited my mum (who is going to town to get her hair done on Thursday - so woohoo, I'm finally getting her out of the house), I came home, dropped the girls round Bex's, cut the grass, and I've painted most of Becky's last wall (I will be sooooo glad when it's finished) - and it's only 2.40pm

My plans for the rest of the week aren't too bad as I've now cut the grass and nearly finished painting Becky's room. So I'm at my mums tomorrow and Thursday morning, getting my hair done Thursday lunchtime, hoping to get my nails done Friday morning, and in between I've got to get the house cleaned up and the beds washed and changed before we head to the hotel on Friday night (with a bit of packing and washing in between )

I'm going to pick the girls up from Bex's in 5 minutes and the 3 of them are coming back here for dinner (I'd better go and see what I can find in the freezer ) and then my final job of the day will be putting some pink streaks in Becky's hair. Kerry isn't bothering with putting blue in her hair now - as she doesn't want to ruin her extensions

Ughh, you're still without a dryer ? Are you hoping to get it fixed ? I'd be lost without mine. I hope it gets sorted soon

Welcome from me and my 18 people coming with me...I'm the one getting married on the cruise woooohoooooo less then 2 weeks all!!!

I finally finished up work for the day!! I literally worked almost non- stop since 7:30 this morning except for two 15 minute breaks, one to check in this morning here. I've done all the major contract spreadsheets I need to do before our trip and it feels great to have it all done! Of course I have lots of other little work tasks to do, but nothing major.

We just received our cruise documents too, so I'm really feeling relieved!I think we were the last to get them?

Hi Danielle, it sounds like you've had a busy day. It's great when you get the big work tasks finished. I'm knackered now, I've just finished colouring and dying Becky's hair - and I'll be glad when I get to bed in an hour or so
