Count me in! I bought a FE on Ebay last night. I am still waiting to hear from the seller regarding fabric, but hopefully it will be on its way soon!

Greetings from Central Florida!

Hope you've got room for another DISer family! We just booked this morning, taking advantage of FL resident rates. We're actually on a 24-hour hold, just to be able to triple-check DH's work schedule, but it looks like it's a GO!

I'm SO excited! A Disney cruise is always exciting, but a last minute one is extra fun!

We'll be on Deck 2 and it's the first time we're cruising without our usual group of 12 family members.

Count us in for FEs!

Hope you've got room for another DISer family! We just booked this morning, taking advantage of FL resident rates. We're actually on a 24-hour hold, just to be able to triple-check DH's work schedule, but it looks like it's a GO!

Boy we lucked out (so far) not to be one of the 4 days to have the itinerary changed around. It appears they are doing it on four 4 day sailings starting Sept 29th and the fourth sailing being Oct 19th so we were just missed!

Wouldn't be an overly big deal but for us "planners" it would definitely stir things up.

We would like to join the group as well! My kids are a bit bummed about missing all the Halloween festivites in our neighborhood and I know they would love to be in on the fish extenders (giving and receiving)! This is our first Disney cruise and I'm sooo excited ...kids and hubby are kinda jazzed, too. Let me know what info you need. Has there been any consensus about where to meet?

I tried to reply to your PM with my own PM but I don't have enough posts on this board yet !

Thanks for including us in the planning, though. It will be myself, DH, DD (age 12), DS (age 9). My kiddos are unbelievably excited about being the older kids in the group (so far) and leaving surprises for the younger ones! Once we know the final totals and all the ages we'll start shopping!

Sounds good to meet at the Sail Away Party but this being our first Disney cruise I don't have a good "lay of the land". HOWEVER, I've been looking over the deck plans and found that on deck three in the atrium, just in front of doors to Tritan's restaurant and at the base of the stairs there is a large brass sculpture of Ariel on a tall pedestal (I tried to include a link to the picture but because I don't have enough posts on this board yet I'm not allowed )

We could possibly meet there but the Sail Away Party is on decks 9 & 10 (at 5 pm). Before that is the safety drill but I don't know what time. Just let me know when and where. I'm kind of a planning fanatic, can you tell?!?!

Sorry to have to abandon ship on y'all but we're changing to the Nov 9th sailing to avoid a few glitches in the family schedules. That's the problem with those 24-hour holds - gives the family time to change my plans!

Take good care of the ship for us and we'll be seeing her just a couple weeks later.

BTW, as for your DIS meet, many meets are planned for 4:30-5:00ish (the first day) up on Deck 10 somewhere so you can enjoy the SailAway party together. Nothing wrong with meeting in the atrium by Ariel, there just isn't anything to do there - and no cocktails readily available! LOL!! On some cruises, we've also had additional get togethers - like late night by the adult pool and bar.

So glad to have more people joining our little group! This is our first Disney cruise although we've been on other lines. Sounds like the general consensus around here is "you just haven't cruised until you've cruised Disney"!
