2007 NE Ohio Memorial Day (Sunday May 27th) Picnic Returns! (After taking a year off)

We have potato salad and hamburger buns covered so far. Elaine mentioned bringing chips or cookies. Tuffcookie is bringing her famous DIS cookies. You can bring whatever you would like (and whatever would be easiest). If there is some sort of snack food or dessert that your girls especially like, you can bring that. Or surprise me.

I am glad to see that the tradition lives on!

I am afraid we will be missing out again this year. As most of you already know, Barry & I are living in Central FL these days and a trip north just does not seem to be in the cards (or the budget for that matter) at this point.

Maybe next year if Sarah's graduation doesn't take over the picnic slot, if not maybe the following year if the tradition continues.

I'm sure you will all have a great time! Sorry we will not be able to be there, but if any of you are in the WDW area, please look us up! We do love DIS meets - or even Sea World or Universal meets if that's where you are going!

It is MANDATORY to have someone with a Boston accent present. You are hereby elected. And when you are searching for flights, you can include Akron/Canton airport (CAK) as well as Cleveland (CLE) in your search. We are conveniently located about halfway between them. I hope you can make it.

Sadly, my wish to make it to one of John's picnics is going to have to wait another year. I'm going to have work part (if not all) of Memorial Day weekend. I really wanted to go this year.

It's for the same reason that the night that the 3rd Pirates of the Caribbean movie debuts, the marching band has their annual potluck dinner and awards (not to mention choir practice).
