2007 DVC Member Cruise - SSMC07 - October 21, 2007

LINDA: I just went to print my ticket online and thought I had to be at the airport at 8 am or before - thought the flight took off at 10.

NOT NOT

It leaves at 8 am - now I have to get up at 5 - good thing I looked before in the morning - 'ey??????????


OH well- have to pack this afternoon, I guess

5? You are only 10 minutes from the airport! Pack? I figured I'll pack Saturday morning. Our flight leaves SL at 8:41 a.m. Sat.

And....we leave Long Beach next Tuesday at 10:05 a.m. back to Salt Lake, maybe that is where you got the 10 a.m. idea.

Okay, gotta finish work, so I can go home and mop my floors since I have company coming!

what I didn't tell you is that DD is taking me to airport and she has to get back home to get baby ready for nursery school and get herself ready for work and so I have to sit at airport on her time.

so I'm the one that gets up early to make her life easier. 'ya know how it is with these DD's.

Car will be at her house while I'm gone so I don't have to leave in a parking lot for so many days.

Shelby is at boarding already so don't have to worry about her - DD couldn't handle taking her in the a.m. due to time she has to be at work at 8 am

Ok back to the Cruise. Any ideas on getting my mom who is 60 excited?
She likes disney this is her 2nd cruise on DCL. I gave her a passporter.

Print out some of the navigators and give her a highlighter. Some of the stuff should be the same.

Speaking of the Osmonds - did everyone see where Marie is going to be on Dancing with the Stars? We love that show.

Cheryl - what did you Mom like best about her first cruise? You've been on the other Member Cruises so you can tell her about some of the special things they have done. That should get her excited especially if she is a big Disney fan!

Looking forward to cooler weather so I can get back to the parks.

I went and checked Jim's website this morning. His current tour shows him on tour until September 21, and then he has a break not going back on tour until November 3.

I hate to be the dumb one, but who is Jim Brinkman? I have never heard of him. What I am missing out on?
