2007 Dining Plan--Gratuities Included?

For some reason, I was thinking that gratuities were included on the dining plan. Now I'm not so sure.

What's the scoop?

They still are for now I guess things are changing for next year, but nothing to worry about this year.

After I posted, I realized that the official Disney site was displaying the 2008 brochure which clearly states that gratuities are not included.

When I found the 2007 brochure online, it does say that gratuities are included for table service meals.
