Hi all,

Sorry I've been MIA, busy at work.
RRBB has been keeping me updated, but I will apologize for not reading the last 50+ pages in the last week.....

PD, :wave2: and :grouphug: to all who could use it!!!

We have an outside cat. He stays out ALL the time.....unless it is bitter bitter cold (you know, wind chills below 0 degrees) He has one of those igloos and it's actually so warm in there in the winter he creates condensation on the inside of the flap.

He is VERY VERY good at catching us things. But....be warned. Sometimes our cat leaves them there dead. No problem. Sometimes he eats ALL of them.....

but sometimes....like the other day.....there was the back end of a mouse.....a trail of nasty guts.....and then about 6 inches away.....the head.

There is usually something out there for us several times a week.

EWWWWWWWWWWWWW :scared: :faint:  :crazy2:

I'm not a big shipping fee charger, and I'm guessing it's gonna be cheap to ship these because well, they weigh absolutely nothing. Once I get my prototypes set up and mock shipping package I'll find out what the actual charges will be.

I lost my squishy thing too!! It was stupid because it was in my ear, then I pulled the earbud out and it was gone. :confused3 I looked all around the elliptical machine I was using and nothing. I kept sticking my finger in my ear thinking it must be still stuck in there. :lmao: Never found it. I guess I won't be buying a replacement on ebay. :lmao:

:rotfl2: I have a visual of you at the gym with your finger in your ear now!!!

Oh, camping gear. That's near and dear in this house. What did you get???

We all have internal frame backpacks, sleeping pads, sleeping bags, 4 different tents, mess kits, and more!

Member Gallery Update!

While sadly we had to take MickeyMagic off of the active roster we have added two new families.

Stop by and meet Laura (beattyfamily) and her family and Kevin (unixadm) and his family. Note that only Kevin and his wife Terry will be sailing with us but the picture includes their kids as well.

Diana - your bags are great. I really need to get mine out of the box and use it.... ATLEAST it has made it in the house. :thumbsup2

That's great Mary! I hope they join us!

BTW - Welcome CUBBYBEAR1!!!! I grew up in Iowa (go HAWKEYES) and moved to Chicago after college (GO CUBS, GO BEARS) and now live in Texas due to a job I used to have (better weather).

Where in Texas?? Anywhere near Austin?

Looks like there's a good mix of Big Ten fans here. (Sorry, I can't get used to the big eleven) Any :shamrock: fans?

I'd like to thank everyone for all your :welcome: messages. I'm still feeling my way around here; very new to chat rooms. You know the saying can't teach an old :dog: ....Looking forward to meeting up with everyone next month. :yay:

Genie :genie:

Gail darling (aka #1Mouse)--- I was just cruisin through a bunch of pages and came upon a "lovely pic" of you on page 936 ----------we should try this activity post cruise, don't you think????????????

Squid inspired me to take a picture of what is probably going to be the last harvest from the garden. :guilty: I have a lot more green tomatoes on there, but they'll probably not be red before the frost that I'm guessing will be here sooner than later. There's one more eggplant and a bunch more green peppers and then that's it. Not bad for my first garden!

Genie (I'm Julie) we're in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

I cannot get used to the Eleven either - it's always going to be the Big 10 to me!
