One of the best memories we have of Member Homecoming was having a water bottle fight through the Magic Kingdom. They gave us free bottles of water. It was a hot night and we had just went to get some water. We were walking from Frontierland over to Tomorrowland when I think it was Cameron shot some of his water at Gary. That was all it took. Spur of the moment water bottle fight. From Frontierland all the way over to Tomorrowland. We will probably never have that opprotunity again, the MK was empty that night.

Except, Mark & Mary and Gail & John trying to take pictures of the castle, themselves and Walt in front of it. I know we ran right through their pictures. Carol, if you were with the 4 of them, we probably interrupted your picture as well. :guilty:

It certainly is a memory that will last us a lifetime. ::yes::

I just got caught up on the last 2 days of posts.

Yea a Mini-Meet!!! I wish we could join you guys but unless we hit the lottory we wont be back to WDW till the Cruise. :sad:

It's things like the mini meets and great memories that makes me glad we found this website and all you great people! :hug:

Cindy - my guess it was Carol & Joe with John & Gail. We didn't see them at all on MK night. We spent that night pretty much by ourselves, but did run into Karen and Mary in Tomorrowland. We spent Epcot night with all of them (and Cheryl and Todd) and also spent SSR day with them (John came over and told us they had saved us seats). Great memories!

Stacy - I agree about the mini-meets. Great fun! Speaking of which - aren't you, Diana and Karen meeting up soon? Be sure and take a picture of all of you!

Wish we could join those of you at WDW but we won't be back until May. Of course we are still hoping for a Chicago/Michigan meet something this Spring/Summer.

Don't forget that Friday night is cruise chat night! Who plans on going? I'll be there. As always if we get enough Member Cruisers we can always move to another room. :chat:

You guys will have a great time! We met TnRobin at a Carabbas in TN a couple of years ago for a DIS dinner. Very good food!

I've never been to Carabbas so I can't wait to try it out. I checked out the menu on line and saw tons of things I would love to order!

Well, I guess if I HAVE to be in NY, I couldn't pick better company to eat with.

Cindy had sent me some Disney Sing a Long VHS tapes from the dark ages about a month or so ago. One of the tapes is Disneyland fun and has Mickey and the gang going through the park. Well, my DDs are both obsessed with the tape. I've been singing Walking Down the Middle of Mainstreet USA for days now. Well, Bruce got home last night and Emma (dressed in her full Cinderella dress up outfit, complete with high heel shoes) says Daddy, I want to go to see Mickey Mouse!! princess:

I swear I didn't even put her up to it. So now, Julia, Emma and I are trying to convince him that with them still both being free, if I get another $39 airfare how can we not go just for the weekend?? :hyper:

I don't think he'll go for it though....and there's no way I can take the both of them alone on a plane--they'll have me committed. :faint:

Going tonight and coming back late Monday night. We are doing 4 parks in 3 days (MGM, MK, US/IOA). Somehow I think Im going to be dog tired when I get home

HI all. I just booked our flight for the cruise. It was $54 each way for a total of $126 from Detroit. I was so happy. We are leaving on the 21 and comming back on the 30. We were originally planning on comming home on Sunday but the airfare was way cheaper on Monday, so one more day at Disney. :banana:

It is raining and supposed to turn to snow later today. I am working on really cleaning the bathrooms today. I have started my pretrip cleaning. I love to come home to a clean house. We are leaving next Thursday so I have picked a room a day to really really clean.

Now that the new season has started for my Sci Fi Channel faves, I don't think I'll be making the chat for a while

I'm sorry I guess I was too excited to remember to post the airline. It is Spirit out of Detroit. We have been flying Spirit for a few years and really like their service.

Remember - my sister and her dh are a bit shyer than me and John.

You actually met my sister on the cruise we were on in Sept 03, but probably don't remember. I think Carol was with us when we seen you guys in the store - remember the princess purse.
