What exactly is wrong with the other long standing ROFR thread? It is still being maintained, updated, posted to etc. Wouldn't it be better to keep all the information in one place rather than splintering off here?

Seems to me like the existing thread works fine and there's really no need for another one. Just my own opinion.

I though the same thing and really don't feel comfortable helping to maintain a thread that will always be on the first page of this forum that appears to be nothing more than free advertising for your DVC point rental business.

My first thoughts were: Who are you and why do you care? But I think I already know...$$$
