Okay, sorry to keep you in suspense soooooo long...............

I'm headed to Baltimore on February 28-March 3 for some meetings.

Then I got creative to see how much more it would cost me to fly to Orlando for a little sun, and got a flight for $85. So I'm flying Delta Salt Lake City to Baltimore, Southwest from Baltimore to Orlando on Sat. the 3rd of March, and then flying back home Sunday night March 4.

Anyone going to be at WDW between 3 p.m. Saturday the 3rd and 4 p.m. Sunday the 4th?

More great news - head gasket on my truck is gone!
leaks antifreeze. going into shop on Wednesday!

They say it is common on GMC / Chevy pick ups
with the Big engines?

They are also going to do Plugs cap wires and so on..

Sorry to hear about your truck Peter. I had a money pit in a Ford F-150 a few years back. It was only a '97 which I bought in '99. I didn't realize it at the time but it already had it's second transmission installed. That transmission started going out too around two years later just before the head gasket cracked and bent a rod. After battling with the warranty folks for eight months, they finally paid for it. I couldn't wait to get rid of that thing. My Tundra has been really good to me since!

Was nice to just stay in bed this morning.
Seventeen Inches (43.2 cm) of snow was the official count.
3 - 4 foot drifts in the yard and street.
Can't wait for Peter any more. Have to start on the driveway.

We did end up going out to a local restaurant just 2 miles away. It was nice... even with the snow whirling around outside (we were inside! )

Peter... GREAT news about your truck!

Linda... I think you'll need a FULL time job to pay for all those cruises

We talked about future cruises last night... Even though we could do the TA to the Med for the price of the 5 day next September, and we got a bit of tax $ return, just can't swing it. I had to really let it go. And you know, the hard part? It wasn't really the cruise, it was being with everyone while crossing the Atlantic.

On the bright side, we are excited about our place in Florida and hope to make many trips down this year! It's a great neighborhood, with FANTASTIC neighbors!

We are definitely leaning towards cruisung Alaska when it happens, and... maybe the special 5 day double dip over Labor Day to CC next year .

Still COLD here in NJ! Peter... were you busy with your plow ???
