I wanted to say hello to my Disfamily.
I also wanted to thank eveyone who was kind enough to send all of the lovely Christmas cards. I enjoy looking at them on my mantle and think of each of you with fondness.
I need to apologize for not sending my own Christmas cards in a timely fashion. I am known for usually sending them the day before or after Christmas.

And per my usually routine- they are sitting downstairs waiting to be addressed.
Kay, I am glad to hear that you are doing well. The new car sounds great.
Sadly, I have some very bad news.
My younger sister- my favorite siblings- has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis this week. This is my sister who is due to move to Florida. Needless to say, I am completely and utterly devastated. I feel like my heart has broken into a million pieces. I hate to know how her future will be and I mourn for her. (and her husband and two little girls)
However, I will say that she is very healthy and does not present typically for someone with MS. I have told her about other people I know who have MS- who have active lives (and cruise) and she finds comfort in this.
Thank you for listening- I just needed a sounding board right now.
