I looked at our calendar and it shows Pirate night on Acapulco day. We don't leave port until later at night (after dinner, can't remember exact time). I was planning on spending most of the day at Cici's Water Park and may not make it back to the ship in time for dinner.

I am really hoping they move Pirate Night to a sea day. I don't want to miss anything on the ship OR at port!

I am so jealous! DCL let you book the tea and brunch too?!? When we did the REAS in December, DCL was adamant that we could not pre-book the brunch or tea, only the dinner, so we STILL had to do the boarding scramble. Oh well, glad it worked for you!

Laurie, I sent you a PM a couple days ago with our pirate names (finally). Just wanted to make sure you got it.

I received your PM! I was shocked that you hadn't turned in your Pirate names yet! All's well though!

As of this morning, all the pirate names that pirates have PM'd me with have been added to the Pirate Name List and also forwarded to Pirate Scott, oops, I mean F. Scott Esq. , Entrepreneur of Adventure!! ARRRRRRRRRRGH!

As far as I know, the limo service had originally intended to drop me off and I was going to wait with Jenn and Jeff. This came as a total surprise to me. The email sounded serious and left me with the impression that there really was not a choice. Original drop off time was 9:45 to 10:00. Pick up time at the airport was 9:15. I am with Southern elegance limo. Susan is great and I trust whatever she says. We have spoke multiple times and emailed multiple times. They are only interested in pleasing their customers. For those of you dropping off early, I recommend checking with DCL , just to be safe. It may just relate to the significance of the departure of the ship this time. Who knows?

We used Southern Elegance in December. They are just trying to give you good service. They don't want to drop you in the parking lot across the street from the drop-off area, because then you need to schlep your suitcases back across. Plus, security will give your driver a hard time - they did ours. We got there about 9:45am.

In fact, we must have been personally chewed out by port security about 5 times for getting there "too early." Hey BUSTER - Can't you see you're dealing with hardcore, freakish fans that MUST be the first in line?!?

No worries, we still plan to be attending the parking lot party by about 9:30!

We'll be in the parking lot after being yelled at a few times by port security by 9:30. We'll be stopping at a 7-11 on the way there for provisions for waiting (snacks and drinks). We'll also have Jeff's laptop for movies and such. Whoever is there with us is more than welcome to wait, we'll make up line buddies and such.
